Hot water and heating for the public and commercial sectors.

Heat is needed for a variety of purposes and at different temperature levels. Below 100°C is defined as low temperature heat. This is needed to provide hot water and to heat rooms in the private, public and commercial sectors. The heat is also needed for many industrial washing and drying processes, as well as for physical and chemical conversion processes (process heat). Above 100°C to around 200°C is defined as mid-temperature applications, where the heat is mainly needed for commercial or industrial processes. Above 200°C the high temperature range begins, which is especially important for electricity production in thermal power plants.
