Grand opening of the thermal solar installation in Jægerspris

On Saturday the 11th September Jægerspris CHP put a 10.000 m2 thermal solar installation into operation. 400 people stopped by to see the facility, which is expected to supply 1.236 households, housing and public buildings with environmentally friendly energy.

Chairman Ove Louis Nielsen made a speech and pointed out the benefits of the installation. The 730 solar collectors will produce 5.200MWh annually and reduces the CO2 emission by 1,000-1,500 tons.
