Startup of a solar heating installation in the Danish town Tørring
On the 16th May the 7.500 m2 thermal solar plant in the Danish town Tørring was officially started up.

Despite the rainy day many people came to see the large scale solar installation which will contribute with 10-12 % on an annual basis and with 70-80 % in the summer months to the district heating requirements of the local area. The Danish minister of the environment Troels Lund Poulsen came to open the official celebration. The large solar installation consists of 525 panels with a dimension of 14 m2 each.
